EXCELLENT Based on 258 reviews Christopher S2025-03-15Verified Wonderful experience Or family of seven had a wonderful experience doing a quick private tour of Morocco. Mustapha picked us up in Tanger and patiently waited even though our boat came in late. We went to Chefchaouen, Fez, and the desert camp. Mustapha was wonderful, he was very honest and shared all kinds of great information. He was always prompt, he was patient with us, and he was flexible. I blew out my knee and my ankle sand boarding and both Mustaphas (cousins) went above and beyond to make sure I got the care that I needed. I have no complaints re. Desert Discovery Tours. If you want to tour Morocco, you are in good hands with them. Thank you so much! We found expert guides in Marrakech and Fez; our driver Mohamed was attentive, punctual and thoughtful, he led us to discover a country must see and experience. The ride on the dredary on the dunes of Erg Chebbi was certainly one of the most exciting moments, with sunset and sunrise fiery. Excellent also the riads and hotels that welcomed us; in one of them we had the pleasure of knowing Mustapha personally, affable and friendly person. We hope to return to Morocco soon! martgam2025-03-11Verified Unforgettable experience Tour that took us from Marrakech to Fes passing through Merzouga and the Sahara desert as well as many other scenic / tourist spots that allowed us to appreciate Morocco in its entirety. RockyZ192025-03-04Verified 5-day private tour Casablanca-Fes-Chefchaouen Desert discovery tours and our trip coordinator Mustapha were excellent. We asked for a lot of changes to the itinerary in the planning stage and Mustapha was patient, flexible, accommodating and knowledgeable throughout. In the end he crafted the perfect 5-day private tour for us. Our guide/driver Ibrahim was wonderful. He drove carefully, gave us useful and interesting information, spoke beautifully in English, and ensured that we were always enjoying the trip. The cost was competitive with other agencies and the choice of lodging and activities were good quality. I recommend desert discovery tours if you are looking to take a private, bespoke trip in Morocco. Alessio2025-03-04Verified SUPER Everything perfect really organizedOur guide was very knowledgeable and very kind, thank you very much it was a wonderful experience. alicemonge2025-02-21Verified An amazing tour of the desert! I really enjoyed this 5 days tours of Morocco. We visited the Atlas mountains, the stunning Dades valley, the desert and much more. We have stayed in beautiful, cozy hotels that were preparing us delicious breakfasts and dinners. Our driver Mohammed was very kind to us, he was very experienced and he made us listen to very nice Moroccan songs while we were traveling, creating a special atmosphere. He made us explore the desert and its surroundings in an authentic way. Thanks to him we had the chance to try traditional food such as dates, Berber pizza… I really enjoyed the two days in the desert in which I have made a tour of the dromedary and I have listen a drum show under the stars. The driver also brought us to try sandboarding and a tour with the quad in the desert. I really recommend it to everyone! Shekhar R2025-02-13Verified Morocco has lot to offer and we only scratched the surface with a 10 day trip. Soak it in Morocco has been on our list of must go places for a long time and we were able to finally make a 10 day trip. Mustapha helped us build an itinerary that combined both history and nature. Starting at Marrakech we enjoyed walking through the historic Medina and soaking in the culture. Highly recommend staying at Riad Khireddine. The staff was amazing. The hot air balloon ride in the outskirts was an experience and would highly recommended. A long road trip through high atlas mountain to Dades valley was well worth it. We then made it to the Merzouga desert and the tent camping under the stars was the highlight of the trip. From the desert we proceeded to Fes. The history of this city is definitely worth learning about. The Medina here is bigger and better the one in Marrakech. Finally we went to Chefchouen. While the setting of this quaint town is unique, it was probably the most touristy of all the other places. Thank you Mustapha and team for making it a memorable experience. We certainly enjoyed our conversations, the folk music during the road trip, the hospitality and food. While BA did not deliver our luggage for almost 3 days (story for another time), Mustapha pulled all stops to get our luggage delivered at one of our stops after we had left Marrakech. Couldn’t have asked for a better tour company and guide.
