Your 5 Days Morocco Tour from Agadir starts with a morning drive to Taroudant, a city with a lot of history and traditional Moroccan feel. It’s called the “Grandmother of Marrakech” and has amazing walls, lively markets, and colorful streets. Take time to walk through the markets, see local crafts, and feel the real Moroccan atmosphere.
From Taroudant, the road goes east over the scenic Souss Valley toward the tall Anti-Atlas Mountains. Along the way, enjoy mountain peaks, small Berber villages, and palm trees in oases. Arrive in Ouarzazate, often called the “Hollywood of Africa,” and enjoy its desert views and movie-like feel. Check into a nice riad or hotel for dinner and a night in.
After breakfast, visit the Atlas Film Studios in Ouarzazate where famous movies were filmed like Gladiator and Lawrence of Arabia. Continue east, past the Skoura Palm Grove and Kelaat M’Gouna, known for the rose festival.
